Intro

There is no better feeling then going to the gym and lifting an amount of weight that you have never accomplished before. To most people weightling is more than just working out, more than just trying to stay in shape, and certainly more than trying to look good. Lifting weights is not just physically moving weights, it is something that people must mentally attack as well as physically to progress with maximum results. Many people participate in weighlifting to enhance their skills in several sports; football, wrestling, soccer, boxing, track, etc. Besides health benefits lifting weights can overall make one bigger, stronger, faster, and better.
